In case you have a hosting package with us and you set up e-mail addresses in your account, you are able to forward it with no more than a couple of clicks to another address of your choosing. The feature can be activated whenever you make a new mailbox or any time later on and deactivated just as quickly any time you change your mind. If you have a semi-dedicated server through our company, it will take only a couple of mouse clicks inside the Email Manager area of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward the e-mail addresses created on our end to a third-party address. Inside the exact same section you will also be able to observe how many of your email addresses are forwarded and where the incoming e-mails are sent. You can enable or deactivate a forwarding account at any time and throughout the process you can also decide whether a copy of the e-mails needs to be maintained in our system or not. Even if this feature is not a requirement, it is extremely useful since you will have a backup copy of the emails on our end in case that anything happens with the third-party email address. Even if they've got a short-term problem, you risk losing e-mails as the moment our system receives and forwards an e-mail, nothing at all will be kept on our end unless you chosen a backup to be kept.
